Did you know?
It was just by chance a landlord billed Wayne as "Mr Love Boat" one night at the Trap Inn Oldham just for a joke because he used to open his set with "The Love Boat" theme (from the tv series) first recorded by the American singer Jack Jones who is one of Wayne's many favorite singers. The landlord was affectionately known as "Smithy" (Michael Smith) so there you have it!
